- Turn Left onto Swan St
- Travel through Lincoln Park
- Arrive at Empire State Plaza Rally Point
- Proceed on Swan St.
- Turn Right on State
- Turn Left on Eagle
- Arrive at City Hall Rally Point

- Turn Left on Broadway

- Turn Left onto 13th St (Route 32)
- Turn Right onto Broadway
- Turn Left at 4th St.
- Arrive at the North end of the Hudson River Bikepath
- Proceed South on the bike path.
- There are three exit points in order going south
- The boat launch
- Colonie St
- Right onto Montgomery St
- Left onto N. Lawrence St.
- Right onto Broadway
- The Hudson River Way footbridge
- Stairway and elevator entering onto Kiernan Way
- Broadway
- Lower Broadway entrance South of the welcome center

- R on Rt. 151/3rd Ave. Extension 0.56 miles
- R on Broadway 3.2 miles
- L onto pedestrian walkway 3.34 miles
- L at bottom of walkway 3.86 miles
- R on Broadway 3.93 miles BR on Broadway 4.1 miles
- End: Tricentenial Park 4.24 miles

Staging Area: LL Bean in Colonie Click HERE for a map
- Exit Colonie Center at the Central Ave exit south of Sears. Cross Central Ave at the traffice light and go straight into the Nowrthway Mall parking lot.
- There is an access road that rings Northway Mall, head straight on that access road, keeping the mall stores to your right. The access road will curve around the mall to the right.
- Make a left turn onto Railroad Ave. Follow Railroad Ave to Fuller Road.
- At Fuller Road turn right. Take Fuller Road to Washington Ave. Be careful just before Washington Ave as there is a turning lane for trafic that will be going west on Washington Ave.
- Cross Washington Ave, CESTM will be on your right.
- Turn Left onto Western Ave
- Bear Right onto Madison Ave
- Turn Left onto Swan St
- Arrive at Empire State Plaza Rally Point
- Proceed on State St
- Turn Left on Eagle
- Arrive at City Hall Rally Point
- Turn Right on Pine St
- Turn Left on Broadway
- Arrive at Tri-Centenial Park Rally Point
